National Lemonade Freedom Day

There are so many examples of government workers shutting down lemonade stands nationwide that Forbes magazine has complied an article tracking them. In response angry parents have organized National Lemonaid Freedom Day, which I guess was August 20th. I'm sure there are all sorts of health code issues regarding producing and selling lemonade on the street corner..but when did Americans become such wimps that we need government to protect us from spending 25 cents on questionable mixes of water and fruit. How about take the salary of government workers who prowl around looking for children to make cry and put it towards a program that lets kids practice mercantile skills.

Quotes

At a certain stage the realization strikes through that one must either live outside of society's bonds or die of absolute boredom. There is no future or freedom in the circumscribed life and the only other life is complete rejection of the rules. There is no longer room for the soldier of fortune or the gentleman adventurer who can live both within and outside of society. Today it is all or nothing. To save my own sanity I chose the nothing.
