My understand is that, Mark Duggan, a father of 3 and rumored drug dealer was getting out of a cab when police surrounded him and he was shot dead. All the bullets found at the scene so far have all been police issue and the community claims the killing was race related. Not sure what I believe other than the guy sure wears a lot of jewelry.

You know what's interesting. London police never had guns before. They only were issued billy clubs. When did they get guns. It was a well know fact.
