Why I'm not voting for Obama 2morrow

My main reason for not voting for Obama tomorrow is military spending and weapon sales, The weapon plants, the jet builders, the tank manufacturers are still operating at full keel on Obama's watch. Without weapons to build and sell and wars to fight in those workers/solider would be unemployed. But thats the hard path I voted for him to lead us down in order to ween us off the teet of the military industrial complex.

I voted for Obama the first time because I wanted out of the wars. I wanted out of the wars because I'm 100% opposed to government creating a jobs for the sake of jobs and thats what, largely, the US military industrial complex has become.  . Many kids join the military for economic reasons - nothing for them at home. If we are shrinking the military where are these kids going to work?
But Joe! Obama is practicing good governance! Job=good employement=bad. Agreed. But creating artificial economies is an unsustainable bandaid, not a long term solution. We need to change our society/economy so that it actually works! Plus those weapons we are selling are killing people and causing more problems. Lets take the 500 billion dollars a year we spend on this shadow puppet show and give it back to the taxpayers to spend on food, housing and medical costs. Government doesn't need it and wont spend it wisely or efficiently.

I also feel Obamacare is a political football more than a solution. Health care isnt some economy or market. Its life or death.Without changing the way doctors/pharmacies charge for services you will never bring medical costs down to manageable levels. Rather than fixing the system Obamacare prolongs the life of the broken one. Thats not change.

Wall Street reform? Anyone remember that? Didnt happen.

Republicans are still too scary and extreme to vote for. That leaves a 3rd party unless I want to contribute to the problem of candidates no one wants to vote for.

I'm voting for Gary Johnson. Obviously he wont get elected but 3rd parties need votes in order to get the attention of the media and get on ballets. Better to be part of the solution long term rather than contribute to the problem. Voting for the lesser of two evils is still a vote for evil.

That's the reason you should vote for him. All those things gives people jobs. We are fighting a very strange war, in which we can't get out of easily. So we need the defence.

Quotes

At a certain stage the realization strikes through that one must either live outside of society's bonds or die of absolute boredom. There is no future or freedom in the circumscribed life and the only other life is complete rejection of the rules. There is no longer room for the soldier of fortune or the gentleman adventurer who can live both within and outside of society. Today it is all or nothing. To save my own sanity I chose the nothing.
