Have we hit our lowest yet ?

Just when you think the human waste in government has done its worst more proof emerges. Seriously!? No one at Palm Beach County Division of Human Services thought to background check people working with kids at camps ? Not one single person though it might be a good idea to enquire about the criminal history of their employees?
