Another nut job offs their kids -but which nut job was it?

Story out of Jacksonville, Fl today of a mother and 2 kids found shot dead. I swear we have one of these every week. The police arnt commenting on how they were killed but also arnt looking for anyone implying that the mother killed her kids then herself. However the husband did just get out of jail in Ohio 2 weeks ago, where he was serving time for sending the mother threatening texts. Fathers are so unfairly treated by the "system" that I'm going to guess she was a serious nut job and his efforts to protect his kids got him in trouble. I guess we'll find out. Update : The father is confirmed to still be in Ohio and the mother was in a recent car accident that left her without use of her legs..looking like mom got overwhelmed by her problems and pulled a murder suicide.Be interesting to see if pain killers played a role here.Update 2 : Sheriff confirms mother did the killing. Mother lost her legs in car accident texting while driving.

Is it time to say if parents cant keep their marriage together the kids need to be placed in foster care for the duration of the divorce? Is it time to move away from this archaic prehistoric 2 parent concept and have our future raised in bordering schools by multiple adults so if one flake out the kid harm is minimized?

How does one grieve over this? If you are the caseworker assigned to this family how tdo you go through life knowing you may have missed the signs..or if it was the father, how does the judge or correction officers who let him out life with this guilt?

I wonder if we havnt seen God around lately because he was crushed under the weight of human tragedy. .

Quotes

At a certain stage the realization strikes through that one must either live outside of society's bonds or die of absolute boredom. There is no future or freedom in the circumscribed life and the only other life is complete rejection of the rules. There is no longer room for the soldier of fortune or the gentleman adventurer who can live both within and outside of society. Today it is all or nothing. To save my own sanity I chose the nothing.
