9yo didnt shoot classmate - You did

The Seattle Time makes it abundantly clear that this shooting case is another story of DSHS using a kid to rehab 2 failed adults. When you leave a child in the custody of 2 people with multiple drug convictions who is surprised when that child shows up with a gun at school. But can we blame DSHS for being what it is ? Is an overgrown thistleful garden the garden's fault or the gardener. Without naming names I can think of several people who have spent thousands or millions of dollars on themselves but baulk at the idea of spending large amounts of money and make an effort to properly reform government.

If you read better reporting you will notice that this child was not in the care of his parents.
He was living with his grandmother who passed away suddenly a while ago. He was in the care of his uncle who DID NOT HAVE A RECORD.

Officially placing him with a relative is standard procedure. Screwball parents are still parenting most of the time and the child is still involved with their chaos. He was "visiting", clearly unsupervised, with his mother when he found the gun.

Quotes

At a certain stage the realization strikes through that one must either live outside of society's bonds or die of absolute boredom. There is no future or freedom in the circumscribed life and the only other life is complete rejection of the rules. There is no longer room for the soldier of fortune or the gentleman adventurer who can live both within and outside of society. Today it is all or nothing. To save my own sanity I chose the nothing.
