Police deliberately shoot at protesters

The police have no business gassing people exerting their right of free speech and assembly. At the same time the "protesters" look like mostly kids out to cause trouble and media types.

Wow that was ugly, brings me back to the 60's during the political conventions in Chicago. It maked me angry than as it does now.
The police need more riot training so they don't over react. Fear is powerful and these officer and reacting to the fear. Riot training would make them less reactive.
PS I'm angry at the officers not the demonstrators.

Those were my thoughts as well..we are repeating history with Iraq and Vietnam...I'm not convinced peaceful protest will be enough..violence and action were key to the ending of the problems in Egypt

I doubt training will help any cop who is willing to shoot people in the face at close range...thats a personality issue..of course if this cop was the best and the brightest he would be a cop

Quotes

At a certain stage the realization strikes through that one must either live outside of society's bonds or die of absolute boredom. There is no future or freedom in the circumscribed life and the only other life is complete rejection of the rules. There is no longer room for the soldier of fortune or the gentleman adventurer who can live both within and outside of society. Today it is all or nothing. To save my own sanity I chose the nothing.
