For all of those who thought the Obama administration would herald an era of freedom and less Big Brother behavior by the Feds - ERRRR WRONG. With these actions the Obama administration is building sleazy technicality-style legal back doors into cases where the local authorities or the business itself may not want to press charges..its scary Big Brother behavior..no Hope and Change here..
