Time to dump Chase Bank

Apparently Chase will be altering debt cards substantially, limiting them to 50 dollar purchases and adding 3-15$ monthly fees. This is all because the government is requiring Chase to lower the fee it charges the stores you purchase things from from 18 cents to 12. 'Cause those banking executives need bigger bonus' I guess.
