Florida fires DCF employees who didnt visit kids

So two crazy people were able to adopt their foster kids then try to murder them with acid. Of course, this involved the public worker not doing the visitations they claimed they did in the paperwork. The worker and their supervisor were fired but I'd like to see some perjury charges for falsifying court docs.

DSHS regularly pulls this sorta BS where kids have to die before worker who failed to do their basic jobs are fired. When is the Washington government going to address this ?
