Sorta of a followup on the german tourist who recorded the cop chewing him out over a traffic stop. This story is about a kid who video taped a police stop, was charged with a felony for posting it on youtube and faces up to 16 years in prison.

I'm a big fan of background noise. I'm sure some people cant stand other things going on that arnt related to what they are doing but I'm a multitasker.
