Washington State loves to hide records
What goes through the mind of a State employee who says "this information is to secret for anyone to see". I mean really? Is there actually anything happening in State government that needs to be hidden from the public. Gov. Gregiore apparently feels the process she uses to determine who to appoint as a judge is one of these super secrets that needs to be kept from the public's eye. Another set of documents that she feel need to be hidden is the State's lack of revenue sharing with the indian casinos.
We are one of the only states that doesnt take a cut of the Casino money. And in exchange the tribe were some of the largest donor to Gregiores reelection campaign. There are links to other refusals to share documents with the public by the Governor at the bottom of those links.

9yo Bremerton shooting victum leaves hospital
Some positive news! The little girl who was accidently shot by a classmate who brought a gun to school got to go home this week!
Over five surgeries, she has been on the operating table for 16 hours. She needed 30 units of blood -- her entire blood volume. She is without a gall bladder, and the largest vein in her body is destroyed. A metal plate holds her shattered elbow together. She has months of physical therapy ahead of her and the bullet remains lodged near her spine and she also still has a feeding tube in her stomach.

Kickstarter Project : Leisure Suit Larry
Several game developers have taken to Kickstarter.com for support of their titles. This is a good thing since publishers are out for $$ which adds up to stupidity and censorship. We should all help make Leisure suit Larry "come again" since the world needs to get its head of the bible and start laughing at sex again.

Quotes
At a certain stage the realization strikes through that one must either live outside of society's bonds or die of absolute boredom. There is no future or freedom in the circumscribed life and the only other life is complete rejection of the rules. There is no longer room for the soldier of fortune or the gentleman adventurer who can live both within and outside of society. Today it is all or nothing. To save my own sanity I chose the nothing.
